CLERIC TO JUSTICE OJO: CONTINUE TO LIVE A LIFE OF INFLUENCE

Hon. Justice Mobolaji Ojo, former President, Customary Court of Appeal, Ogun State has been charged to continue to live a life of influence that will positively impact the society.

The District Superintendent, Victory Life Bible Church, Pastor Dr. Tunde Amusan, gave the charge at a private thanksgiving service organised to mark the birthday ceremony of the retired eminent jurist in Abeokuta recently.

“The fact that you have retired does not mean you should withdraw from your good deeds which had been your passion as a humanist “, Pastor Amusan advised the celebrant.

He narrated how former President Olusegun Obasanjo embarked on planting mango seedlings on hundred hectares of land some years ago despite his advanced years.
He noted that to the ordinary mind, such venture may not be necessary, whereas the future benefits to humanity are humongous.

Quoting Psalms 118 verse 19, the cleric said “good deeds open the gates for the righteous “
adding “there are still many roads to cover hence, one should open doors of opportunities to the less privileged”.

The event was attended by friends and associates of the eminent jurist renowned for his unwavering passion in supporting humanity and developmental projects that build human capacity, creativity and innovation.
