It was a moment of joy, glamour, pomp and pageantry when Excellencies, Royal Fathers, God’s anointed men and eminent personalities gathered to honour Apostle Lawrence Achudume, the lead pastor of Victory Life Bible Church Int’l, Abeokuta in the solemnization of Holy Matrimony between David and Precious Achudume.
Delivering a special sermon, the Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church Pastor Tunde Bakare urged couples to make the Holy Bible their guidance as manual for victorious living.
The cleric stated this on Saturday at the wedding ceremony of Apostle Achudume’s son- David to his wife, Precious.He urged husbands to love their wives as Jesus loved the church and urged wives to submit to their husbands to live harmoniously and also prayed that the 7 pillars of God would be with them.
In a keynote address, Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun represented by the State Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Onasanya charged the new couple to always do things together as enjoined by the Bible and stand by each other in all seasons. He saluted the courage of Apostle Lawrence Achudume in weathering and holding the family together, particularly when remembering the legacies of Late Reverend Fola Achudume.
At the reception, the Chairman of the occasion, Reverend Femi Emmanuel advised the new couple to take heed of all the wonderful pieces of advice given to them to succeed as husband and wife.
