
NIPR President Dr. Ike Neliaku led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the Head of Civil Service of Kano State, Abdullahi Musa where he appreciated him for encouraging professionalism by implementating caderisation policy of Federal Government among Public Relations and Media Officers in the State’s civil service.
The President while also applauding the Head of Civil Service for making available Information Officers in the State’s Ministries, Departments and Agencies for induction into NIPR fold noted that it is a robust means of empowerment that will assist the officials serve more effectively.

Mr. Musa who commended the NIPR delegation for visiting the state expressed satisfaction with the performances of public relations officers in the civil service of Kano State, soliciting for support of the Institute in conducting trainings and capacity building programmes.

In the President’s entourage include, Vice President, Prof. Emmanuel Dandaura, immediate Past Council Member, Dr. Sule Ya’u Sule, Registrar, Chief Uzoma Onyegbadue, Kaduna State Chairman of NIPR, Aliyu Yusuf, NIPR National Secretariat staff Dr. Emmanuel Onchono, Austin Magaji and Alex Enemanna.
